Aparthotel Albufera - Alfafar

The apartment is great, the only complaint is at lunch time because I had half board and I passed it by menu of 9.90 euros with drinks included, but we had to pay for drinks and actually our half board was supposed to be Buffe and cost 12.90 and part of the drinks, I do not know if I have explained, ie I passed the food for less and also had to pay for drinks. Apart from this everything is great.

The attention of the hotel employees, especially the super attentive and friendly cleaning people, every day went through the trash bags and were very friendly. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly, we arrived a few hours before our entrance and as they did not have any free apartment yet they offered us to go to the swimming pool facilities and so on without any problem. There is free parking in the basement of the hotel, which is very comfortable and spacious, even though there is plenty of space around. The apartments are very spacious and clean. They have everything you need. They give you many facilities for cleaning by putting dishwasher tablets at your disposal and also dishwasher liquid for hand washing is a dispenser. There is a rubbish bin and many kitchen utensils including draining pans. The TV is normal but super functional and with HDMI and USB to connect the laptop or USB with movies or music. We got an apartment with two single beds but very spacious and comfortable. The super deep and wide cupboards apart from having a lot of space to store things. The cleaning of the apartment every 3 days but sufficient and correct. No problem at all.

The only thing that could be a problem would be the gymnasium facilities, which had little maintenance of the machines and did not work and little material, even if they were in good condition.

APARTHOTEL in the outskirts of Valencia, with good communication to the center and near a lot of services, whether restaurants, shops, malls, supermarkets, etc. reception staff is attentive and willing to help in any way, to highlight the kindness of the blonde lady at the reception and girls cleaning the rooms. rooms have air conditioning, flat screen TV, in room and dining room and in my case a large terrace with table and 4 chairs. room overlooks the Plaza, gives a parking lot to park when you go to the shops. you can hardly hear noise although there is a lot of traffic, considering that it is near the airport and a step from a highway. To go to the centre of Valencia, I recommend driving to Alfafar-Benetussen train station which is a stop and leaves you at the North Station of Valencia, it is a train stop and journey takes just 20 minutes. I recommend going to this apartment.

The room, spacious and very comfortable. However, some things are missing: a little pitcher to be able to heat water or milk in the microwave and some bowls for breakfast. The cups are small, for a tea, maximum.

staff was willing, even though they were very overloaded and some were quite inexperienced. too few for many people. the worst thing was the man who received my reservation by phone and who, in spite of me asking him if he needed more information, told me that everything was clear. we arrived at the Aparthotel, we discovered that he had "forgotten" to make the reservation. Luckily another gentleman found us a room and, although we had to wait to get in, everything was resolved. the breakfast room, being common for the Hotel and Aparthotel, crowded and with queues. They have a dining room in the Aparthotel that they don't use, probably because they don't have enough staff

I appreciated staying in this pretty standard hotel based in a Spanish building. Actually the room was a nice size with a super-sized double bed, separate bedroom, as example. Staff was super very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. I was pleased with good service. Food in the a la carte restaurant was great!

It was the best hotel of my stay in Spain. We rented an apartment for 3 people in the aparthotel and to our surprise it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with closet and desk. Quite modern, we could not try the spa, sauna, gym, for lack of time but everything was impeccable. Free parking inside the garage and outside. The staff always solved our doubts with great kindness and efficiency. Jose the guy at the reception, very efficient and friendly. He recommended us places to go and where to park for free. He certainly deserves a 10 on everything.

It's for driving. It's pretty straightforward from the citizenship of the arts, but always for driving. There is a bus that goes every hour to the center and stops on the way back and a train a little more than 1 km away. We moved by car. . . It would have been nice to have placemats or table cloth.

everything was perfect, personnel was service-minded and helpful. our room was great-sized equipped with separate bedroom and full cooking facilities, as for instance, paid us$ 120. the location was business, close to a huge shopping centre and bars, fast food & restaurants and beach.

Can't recommend highly enough for getting around area

Spacious room, convenient amenities, including a tv and a free parking option, made our stay very comfortable while providing easy access to the city center by bus.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

The place is far from the center, you can go by car to the train station (close but to walk away), and it is a stop to the center . The simple breakfast but many things, fruit, cold cuts, toast, scones, eggs,... We took half board (dinner) and very simple, choose from three simple options. (It is true that the M:P:). We took aparthotel and great, a strange thing that I did not know is that the cleaning service did not enter until the third day, if you needed something you asked and if you wanted them to spend was 10 euros per day, just as information I say.

What I liked less was perhaps the distance to the center, but we already knew that, because of course, distance is complicated by traffic. Everything else is fine, the simple dinner, but what I'm saying, it's economical.

The Hotel was ideal situated just outside valencia city centre away from all the hustle.But was situated in a good shopping area good value.

Good service throughout stay. Nice building and rooms with a huge terrasse...

Very good experience, the hotel is absolutely amazing with unbeatable location in the mall. The pool area is nice too. Easy parking on site. The a la carte restaurant on the premises.

Spacious, Spacious, Spacious

The two-bedroom apartment had ample room for me and my family to unwind. With a well-equipped kitchen, we easily cooked our favorite meals. Plus, the large private patio was perfect for morning coffee in the sun!

Big apartments, big terrace, nice bathrooms,walking distance to big shopping center and Carrefour, good position with a car (near to beach, city, motorway)

Apartments were not clean. Dust and hairs in the corners,in the wardrobes, stains on sheets and blanckets.
